With the warmer weather approaching, I switch up my menu at home. I usually make soup once a week in the colder months (great meal to double up and freeze half right away). That’s October to now. Starting in May, I exchange my soup making for salad making. My kids like vegetables so, I count myself blessed!

These jarred salads are easy to make, and virtually produce no waste when packaged in an old jar. For a heartier version, replace the lettuce with pasta or do both!

Do you love being active and all things fitness? I feel that the word fitness gets a bad rep. You don’t need to go to the gym or work out to be fit or to enjoy fitness. You just need to be able to move.

With all that being said, the human body in the gym is a work of art.

I love fashion so much! I love accessorizing and I love coming up with looks. You can see how hairstyling and I work very well together right? For this instalment of fashion, I’m featuring my baby Zo.

Happy Wednesday! Here is a spot I really love spending time in. We sometimes forget how our spaces heal us and help us grow. Which spot in your home brings you joy?

I love my sitting room, the sun sets here and the orange light she leaves behind is magical. My children and I sometimes relax here and listen to music. The best conversations happen in this room. Hands down my fave place in my home.

The baby and I sit in the orange chair and watch the traffic, the bunnies, the crows, and all other forms of life go by. The windows really make this room great and the plants that live here love it as well!

For all the plant lovers, we will have a tour soon! The fiddle leaf fig here, Fergus, is one of the main features of joy, He’s the best!
