Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, or don’t show up for an appointment, we will need to take your credit card number in order to book your next appointment. If you cancel another appointment within 24 hours or don’t show up for another appointment, we reserve the right to charge your card accordingly:

50% of the total ticket if one service is booked, or
25% of the total ticket if more than one service is booked.

If you would prefer not to give your credit card number over the phone, we will add the cancellation fee to your next bill.

Late Policy

If you are going to be late, we ask that you call the salon and let the receptionist know. Your Stylist/Esthetician will do their best to accommodate you, however there may not be time for everything you have booked.

Service Guarantee

All of our work is guaranteed up to two weeks. We DO NOT refund services. Any problems with any service after this period is subject to a charge.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product you purchase from us is flawed in some way, we will be happy to exchange it for you within 14 days of purchase. We DO NOT do returns. If you are unhappy with the performance of a product, we can offer you an exchange within 14 days of purchase, as long as the bottle is fairly full and in good condition.

Product Refills

Bring in your empty Shampoo and/or Conditioner bottles, and we will refill them for 15-20% off the original retail price. In order to qualify for the refill discount, you must have purchased the original bottle from us.


There is a parking lot in front of the salon. Ignore the '30 Minute Parking' signs. You will not be ticketed or towed. If the lot is full, there are usually spots available on Renfrew or Lanark.
