Salon Scale Announcement

To Our Valued Clients,

At Freshair Boutique, your loyalty and trust mean the world to us, and we remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service and care. We understand that your time with us is important, and we are always working to improve your experience.

As part of this commitment, we want to inform you of a few upcoming changes. Starting October 8, 2024, we will be implementing a new pricing model using a system called SalonScale. This allows us to break down the costs for your service into two components: labor (based on your stylist’s level) and the exact amount of product used (such as hair color). This transparent approach is common in other industries and helps us ensure fair pricing, as you will only be charged for the exact amount of product used during your visit.

In addition to this update, we will be introducing our annual price adjustment. Effective immediately, haircut services will see a small increase of up to 10%. This is a decision we’ve come to after careful consideration, as the beauty industry has faced significant challenges in keeping up with inflation. Many salons and small businesses have struggled post-pandemic, and this adjustment is necessary to continue delivering the quality service you deserve while ensuring our talented team can thrive in their careers.

We want to be upfront with you about what this means:

  • For color clients: Your service prices will remain consistent, and the only new addition will be the SalonScale charge for the exact product used.

  • For haircut-only clients: You’ll see a modest increase in your service cost.

We understand that price increases are never easy, but we’re committed to providing transparency and value. We remain grateful for your continued support and want to assure you that every decision we make is with the goal of sustaining our business, team, and the high standards of care we offer.
